Q: I placed an order, but I have not yet received a confirmation email.
A: The email from our atelier may be blocked.
We will send you a confirmation email from email@example.com. Please add the indochine.jp domain to your “never block sender’s domain” list.
Some special characters cannot appear as the first or last character in an email address or appear consecutively two or more times. The most commonly used special characters are, the period (.), underscore (_), hyphen (-) and plus sign (+) or alternative special characters such as ” ( ) , : ; < > @ [ \ ] .
Q: I have placed more than one order. Can I have my individual purchases bundled and sent as one?
A: We accept requests for bundling. Please include your request in your second and subsequent orders. The fee will be for one shipment.
Q: Can I purchase an item that is shown as sold out?
A: “0 yen” indicates sold-out items. Once an item is sold out, there is no additional stock available for the duration of the online store.
Q: Which credit cards can be used for payment?
A: We accept payment via Square using VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, and Discover credit cards.
Q: Can you give me gift wrapping?
A: Currently we do not provide gift wrapping. We can, however, remove the price tag before shipping, so please let us know about this in the remarks column.
Q: What size mannequin do you use?
A: Measurements of the dress form we used in the photos are: chest, 87cm; waist, 61cm; hips, 90cm.
Q: How can I return items that do not fit?
A: We accept returns only if made within one week of arrival and if the item has not been worn, damaged or dirtied. Please email us before returning items. Customers will assume the cost for initial and return shipping.
If there is any defect in the garment, please let us know by email or contact form. We will exchange the item for another you may choose of equal value, or provide you with a full refund.
Q: How should I launder my purchases?
A: Hand wash with a mild neutral detergent and dry in shade. Do not use commercial detergents or bleach on dyed items. Please read and follow the product care notes accompanying your purchase. For more details, please read “Care of naturally dyed works.”
